Reem qualified at Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ Dental School in July 2006 and was awarded the Member of the Joint Dental Faculties of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in October 2009.
Reem completed her Vocational Training year in General Dental Practice in Ipswich. After working at Queen Hospital Romford as a Senior House Officer, she worked in general dental practice in Maldon Essex. She joined Beauchamp House in November 2010.
Working in busy NHS and Private dental practices has given Reem the experience and confidence to assess and treat a wide range of cases from dental emergencies to simple and advanced restorative cases.
Her experience in hospital based dentistry has given her the opportunity to assess and treat more complex cases referred by dentists. She has also had the opportunity to assist in complex head and neck surgery and trauma cases. The experience has given Reem the confidence to manage medically compromised patients and dealing with a wide range of emergency situations.
Reem has a wide interest in general dental practice. She is a member of the British Dental Association and British Society of Periodontology.
Reem enjoys swimming, walking and playing tennis. She has performed in and directed a number of theatrical productions. She can also play the violin and piano.
Reem is married to Martin (himself a dentist and doctor) who is currently training as a surgeon.
